Kottler, Arbogastus (…-…). Musician; Singer

Appears as a “clericus” of Maximilian’s chapel in the “Rotulus nominationum Maximiliani I” (c. 1508), fol. 48v (Nº 544), petitioning for a benefice at the cathedral in Straßburg. Probably the same person as Arbogast Kchotter from Straßburg, who enrolled at Vienna in Summer Semester 1504, and was probably a relative of Hofheimer’s pupil Hans Kotter. See Reichert 1954, 109.
