Biography
Innsbruck, Imperial chapel, 1519-1520. Listed as a chaplain in the household inventory made in January 1519, soon after the death of Maximilian I. He still appears in the next list, made in January 1520. As a consequence of the dissolution of the chapel he received a sum of 12 Gulden on 20 June 1520 to cover his expenses for moving back to Vienna.
Munich and Vienna, Imperial chapel of Ferdinand I, 1527. Listed as in the first inventory of the household of Ferdinand I, made on 1 January 1527 (Munich, Staatsarchiv [formerly Kreisarchiv] Faszikel H. L. Freising 317), as one of the three Tenoristen in Ferdinand’s Munich chapel, and one of the five Tenoristen in Ferdinand’s Vienna chapel. He and Laurentz Riseregkh* were the only Tenoristen at this time to serve in both chapels.
