Jehan Haquinet 35-40 A singer in the chapel, Haquinet was paid 3 saluz in wages for the last 17 days of January 1450 (35), and 6 escus a month in wages from February 1450 to July 1451 (35, 37-39). He was also paid 10 escus for a robe matching those of the other singers (36), and for a robe for October 1451 (40). A Jehan Haquinet described as joueur de luth (d'Agnel, 3149 and 3423) is probably the same person.

He was paid wages of 6 escus a month from then until July 1453 (43-5, 49, 119-20). In addition he received 10 escus for robes for May 1452 (46) and October 1452 (50), and for a mourning robe in April 1453 on the death of Isabelle (146). He was also paid 20 escus for a robe de migraine in November 1451 (61) and 10 escus in May 1453 for a horse to travel with Ren? from Anjou to Provence (172). In July 1453 he was paid 14/ 15s to support him during an illness and to enable him to go to Provence to serve Ren? (124). As no later references are to be found it is possible that he never recovered from his illness.
